And this prep planning allowed 18:18.542 --> 18:20.729 the Honolulu district in our 2 49th 18:20.739 --> 18:22.628 Prime Power Engineer Battalion to 18:22.628 --> 18:24.517 immediately provide generators to 18:24.517 --> 18:26.628 critical facilities such as hospitals 18:26.628 --> 18:29.280 and shelters . The teams were also more 18:29.290 --> 18:31.512 readily able to install temporary roofs 18:31.512 --> 18:33.401 to homes that were damaged by the 18:33.401 --> 18:35.290 terrible winds and quickly remove 18:35.290 --> 18:37.234 debris that schools and businesses 18:37.234 --> 18:39.457 could soon reopen .
