the leadership of Malawi Defence Force. 12:16.400 --> 12:20.340 So come 2013 is when the Malawi Defence Force 12:21.410 --> 12:26.410 authorized to organize and start Sergeant Majors Academy 12:26.940 --> 12:28.893 to start in 2014. 12:29.300 --> 12:34.300 So the purpose of the sergeant majors course in Malawi 12:35.420 --> 12:38.800 is to change from tactical level of thinking 12:39.120 --> lot, 13:38.023 --> 13:41.307 they are Sergeant Major Mikail 13:41.307 --> 13:43.724 and Sergeant Major Timoswats. 13:44.840 --> 13:48.000 These two instructors are serving in Malawi Defence Force
